Many Sonos fans are interested in knowing how much the company’s entry-level subwoofer will cost. Sonos has a lot of space to experiment with, especially since the standard Sub is priced at $749. Is it $599 or $499? I’d guess somewhere in that range, but perhaps we won’t have to wait long to discover the rest of the story — and the distinctions between the Sub Mini and its larger, squarer sister.

It’s possible that there won’t be much of a wait left. The Sonos Roam was discovered at the FCC approximately a month before the company revealed it. The Sonos Ray took a little longer; the new soundbar’s FCC file was discovered in March before it was leaked and finally presented in May.
Sonos has launched its own voice control service for its smart speakers, including the Roam, Move, Arc, Beam, and One, just a few days ago.
