What is the purpose of a USI Stylus?

- The USI 2.0 is the next edition of the Universal Stylus Initiative (USI) specification.
- It adds support for NFC wireless charging and improved colour and tilt functionality as well as in-cell displays.
- This means devices will be able to charge wirelessly, eliminating the need for AAAA batteries or clunky USB charging.
The “Universal Stylus Initiative,” or “USI,” is a group of technology companies; attempting to expand the use of active styluses on any touchscreen device.
This is because of USI certification; which permits pen gadgets to work with other items.
