Motorola, which is owned by Lenovo, showed off the third version of its updated Moto Razr phone for the Chinese market. It was one of three companies to do this within a week.

Weibo also televised the delayed launch ceremony for the X30 Pro and S30 Pro.

Motorola said that the improved Razr was powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU and had a “uncompromising flagship photography system” with a 50MP main camera and a 13MP ultra-wide angle sensor.

The internal screen is 6.7 inches, and the front display is 2.7 inches. Android 12 powers this 3500mAh phone.

Motorola sold a limited number of Razr 2022 devices upon launch and will resume sales in China next week. Depending on internal storage, the smartphone will cost between CNY5,999 and CNY7,299.

Motorola’s launch came a day after Samsung’s Galaxy Flip and Fold and Xiaomi’s pitch for a foldable phone. This is because the competition for market share is heating up.

The X30 Pro is priced at CNY3,499, while the S30 Pro is priced at CNY1,999. China has both now.
