Elon Musk changes Twitter’s name to ‘Mr. Tweet’
Even Twitter CEO Elon Musk is not immune to the social media platform’s mistakes. Musk tweeted on Wednesday that he had changed his name to “Mr. Tweet,” but that he was unable to alter it back.
“Changed my name to Mr. Tweet, now Twitter won’t let me change it back,” Musk wrote in a post that included a laughing emoji.
Throughout the day, Musk tweets about a variety of topics, including politics and the platform itself.
In recent weeks, he has released the “Twitter Files,” a series of installments detailing what happened behind the scenes just before his acquisition of the company.
A rotating group of independent journalists and authors were given unparalleled access to Twitter’s internal archives to report on the Twitter Files.
