Google executive named Ryan Olohan claims that he was sacked after rejecting reported approaches from a female executive.

In November, the man filed a lawsuit alleging that Tiffany Miller touched him during dinner and told him that she knew he had an affinity for Asian women in Chelsea, Manhattan, in December 2019.

The accused is a director of Google’s programmatic media stroked Mr Olohan’s abdomen, complemented his body, and commented that her marriage needed “spice”, according to court filings.

According to the article, the workplace meeting, which included alcohol, was held at Fig & Olive shortly after Mr Olohan’s appointment to the managing director of food, beverages, and restaurants. Miller was a member of his new team.

According to the lawsuit, Mr Olohan, a married father of seven, stated that he was first hesitant to bring up the incident since everyone was drunk, and his coworkers later chalked up the behaviour to “Tiffany being Tiffany,” according to court documents.

Mr. Olohan reported the problem to the human resources department the next week, but no action was taken. The HR department confirmed that “if the complaint was ‘in reverse’ – a female accusing a white male of harassment – the complaint would certainly be escalated,” according to the lawsuit.

Further in the case, Mr Olohan claims the accused continued to retaliate against him after he lodged the complaint by criticising him and reporting him to human resources for “microaggressions”. The fake complaint, however, did not identify what Miller was accused of.

Miller berated Olohan during a company get-together in April 2022 at a Karaoke club, according to the claim. She insulted him upon his arrival and underlined that she knew he preferred Asian women over white women, despite the fact that his wife is Asian.

Mr Olohan further stated that he was under pressure from his boss. His management team had “obviously too many white guys,” he was informed.

According to the source, Google sacked Mr Olohan in July, ending his 16-year tenure with the corporation.

The Google Employee Investigations team informed him that he had been sacked because he was not “inclusive.”

A spokesman for Miller rejected the allegations against his client in a statement to The Washington Post.

“This lawsuit is a fictional account of events filled with numerous falsehoods, fabricated by a disgruntled ex-employee, who was senior to Ms Miller at Google,” the spokesman said. “Ms Miller never made any ‘advance’ toward Mr Olohan, which witnesses can readily corroborate.”
