Xiaomi reports that it has begun rolling out the MIUI 14 upgrade for the Redmi Note 10 JE in Japan. The phone’s new software update has the build number V14.0.4.0.TKRJPKD.

Aside from Android 13, the latest version raises the security patch level to December 2022, which is unusual given that we are presently in February. In any case, the update is only available to people who are part of the “Mi Pilot” program.

The Redmi Note 10 JE is an IP68-rated smartphone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 processor. It has a 4,800 mAh battery and accepts 18 W wired charging. The rest of its specifications are comparable to the Redmi Note 10T 5G.
