Snapchat has entered the AI craze with its own personalized chatbot, My AI. My AI is powered by OpenAI’s GPT technology, which is also used by ChatGPT.

Snapchat+ subscribers will be able to use the chatbot as an experimental feature.

Snapchat+ is a Rs 49 monthly subscription service that offers users experimental, pre-release, or exclusive features.

It can organize your vacation, propose recipes, create poems, and you can even give it whatever name you like. Snapchat lets you change the background image used in chats.

Snapchat made it clear that ‘My AI’ is prone to hallucinations and can be misled into saying practically anything, much like other chatbots.

Snapchat stories and reviews all of your discussions with My AI in order to improve the user experience, so the firm urges users not to “share secrets with My AI and don’t rely on it for advice.”

Snapchat also allows you to report messages that are deemed harmful or contain “misleading information” by long-pressing the chat bubble and sending comments.
