According to recent reports by WABetaInfo, this upcoming feature can be found in the newly released WhatsApp beta for Android version 2.23.21.12, available on Google Play.

Earlier reports disclosed that the upgraded user interface for WhatsApp has been in development for several months. This new UI, inspired by Material Design 3, introduces fresh icons and color schemes.

There are also additional changes, such as a new appearance for chat bubbles and the introduction of a floating action button.

In the revised WhatsApp interface for Android, the profile icon, along with features like Camera and Search, is now located in the top-right corner.

Moreover, the messaging app has introduced a fresh green color to the updated dark and light themes. WABetaInfo noted that a select group of testers using the latest WhatsApp Business beta have already encountered these new UI modifications.

The website reports that this feature is anticipated to be progressively released to a broader user base in the upcoming weeks. Consequently, it may take some time before the new WhatsApp interface becomes accessible on your Android device.
