WhatsApp is set to soon introduce email verification
Initial reports indicated that WhatsApp has been developing an email verification system since August. This new verification method is intended to enhance the security of user accounts, making it more challenging for unauthorized access and hacking.
While the current rollout is limited, we anticipate the verification system becoming available to all users in the near future. Regarding the verification process, it appears to be quite simple: you enter your email and await a verification message in your inbox. It’s as straightforward as that.
