Samsung is getting ready to launch its newest models, the Galaxy A55 5G and Galaxy A35, in different markets this March. The Galaxy A55 5G is especially notable for its impressive specifications that promise a great user experience.

The Galaxy A55 5G features a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, making visuals smooth and seamless. It runs on Samsung’s Exynos 1480 processor and offers two versions – one with 6GB RAM and another with 8GB RAM. Both versions come with either 128GB or 256GB of storage, expandable via a microSD card.

This phone packs a strong 5,000mAh battery that supports fast charging at 25W. The camera system is impressive, including a 50-megapixel main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 5-megapixel macro sensor. It also has a 32-megapixel front camera for great selfies.

In addition to these features, the Galaxy A55 5G has an in-display fingerprint scanner, dual speakers, and IP67 dust and water resistance. It runs on Android 14 with Samsung’s One UI 6.1 software and offers advanced connectivity like Wi-Fi 6ax, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC. The phone’s dimensions are 161.1 x 77.4 x 8.2mm, and it weighs 213 grams.

In Europe, the prices for the 6GB and 8GB RAM versions are expected to be 449 euros and 499 euros respectively. The phone will be released on March 11 in Germany and comes in four colors – Navy, Ice Blue, White, and Purple.
