Steps to Create a Shortcut on iPhone:
Open the Shortcuts app on your iOS or iPadOS device.
Tap the “+” icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select “New Shortcut,” then tap “Rename,” enter the desired name for the shortcut, and tap “Done.”

Tap “Add Action.”
To include an activity in the shortcut, choose a category and then select an action from the list.
To add another action, swipe up from the bottom of the screen’s search area and choose an action.
Tap “Done” to go back to the list of all action types.
Tap the “…” on the shortcut to open the shortcut editor, then press the play button to test the new shortcut.
