According to reports, Shanghai is the second most polluted city in the world, after Lahore, Shanghai from China ranks on the second number, Delhi, India on third, Macedonia’s city Skopje on fourth, and Karachi, largest city of Pakistan ranks the fifth number.

It should be remembered that a similar report was published in March this year, which included Lahore and Faisalabad in the two worst cities of the world in terms of air pollution.

In 2016, Pakistan was ranked fifth in the list of dirtiest countries, two major cities of Punjab, Lahore and Faisalabad, were also contaminated with extracts from the industry, reports said.

Air pollution affects the citizens with various respiratory diseases, lung problems, hypertension and mental illness.
