In the meantime, it was the case of Australian opener Chris Lynn, whose head appeared to release steam.

The rain hit match was curtailed to a 12-over a side affair with the Qalandars opting to bowl first after winning the toss.

Coming out to bat, Kamran Akmal added 14 runs to the scoreboard before Tom Banton and Haider Ali, came at the Zalmis in full throttle, scoring almost 70 within 5 overs.

With the bowlers leaking runs, the Brisbane Heat swashbuckler appeared to be enraged as steam emitted on top of his head.
