Shabniera Akram loves to be called the “national bhabhi” by Pakistanis.

Wasim Akram’s wife Shaniera Akram recently attended a match of Pakistan Super League 2020 at the stadium and the crowd overwhelmingly cheered “bhabhi, bhabhi”.

Shaniera too seemed happy with the ‘title’ everyone people have given to her. She adored it so much that she could not resist herself from expressing her feelings.

She posted a video on her Instagram in which crowd cheered and called her bhabhi. She also thanked her fans in the caption.

“Love hearing you call my name and love being your Bhabi, I’m so blessed to be so loved in our beautiful country, thank you so so much!”

On the other hand, Shaniera has also spoken over stadiums with no crowds.

“During PSL, it’s the crowd that really makes these games so fun. PSL really rocked this year and will continue too even if we are not watching all together from the ground we will still be together in spirit!”

“Let the games continue, stay safe, keep clean and healthy, and hope we all still have heaps of fun supporting our teams,”

Earlier, Shaniera Akram, the wife of former Pakistan skipper and incumbent Karachi Kings president Wasim Akram, got a personalized T-shirt as a gift.
