New Zealand’s Prime Minister Jacinda Arden was turned away from a cafe as that was at space under physical distancing rules.

Social distancing is strictly being followed in most of the countries around the world, including New Zealand. The recent act shows even the Prime Minister cannot break this rule.

Jacinda Arden went to a cafe in Wellington with her partner Clarke Gayford. However, she was not allowed to enter the cafe. A twitter user broke the news. Gayford responded to the tweet and said, “I have to take responsibility for this, I didn’t get organized and book anywhere.”

Gayford also said that the couple was then chased by the cafe when a spot freed up. He gave an “A+” for service.

New Zealand has 1,499 confirmed cases of coronavirus. Out of these, twenty-one people have died whereas 1,433 people have recovered. There are 45 active cases in the country.
