Senior actor Iffar Omar has been cross-examined by the counsel for singer Ali Zafar in wake of the defamation case. Iffat Omar was a witness of singer Meesha Shafi.

‘Say it all’ host Iffat Omar responded to the questions of Advocate Umar Gill. She said that her first project with Shafi’s mother Saba Hameed was a PTV drama serial Nangay Paoon in 1993.

The counsel also showed a clip in which Omar claimed that she had hugged Rahat Kazmi repeatedly during a shoot. However, Omar called it a joke.

Moreover, the ‘Haiwan’ actress was asked another question to which she said she could not recall correctly whether Zafar filed a complaint with the FIA against her before or after her testimony in the suit.
