Another proud moment for the country after Pakistani artist Salman Toor has been featured on the Time100 Next list 2021, which highlights the most influential people in the world.

Toor belongs to Lahore but currently living in New York City. According to Time, Toor is an artist who has “made his career subverting the styles of old paintings by centering openly queer men of South Asian descent.”

Salman took to his social media handle and wrote,

“Super excited to be included in TIME100 Next 2021 among emerging leaders who are shaping the future :))”

The Time100 Next list is divided into different categories; artists, phenoms, leaders, advocates, and innovators.

Other famous personalities who have been included in the Time100 Next List are Maitreyi Ramakrishnan (Never Have I Ever), Rege-Jean Page (Bridgerton), Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin, and many others.
