A video of a Delhi policeman singing a cover of a popular Hindi song charmed millions of people, and he quickly rose to fame. Roke Na Ruke Naina, a song from the 2017 film Badrinath Ki Dulhania, was covered by Rajat Rathor. Arijit Singh provided the emotional song, which featured Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt. The song’s music was created by Amaal Mallik, and Kumaar authored the words.

On his personal Instagram account, Rathor posted the video with the description “Roke Na Ruke Naina.” A favourite composition of mine. His Instagram account describes him as a singer, writer, and composer. On the meta-owned network, Rathor has over 45,000 fans who eagerly await his regular posts showcasing his musical talent. Rathor may be seen singing the song in a melodic voice and playing the guitar on stage in a recent clip. Two other police officers can be seen performing musical acts. “Pov: You are following your passion and duty at the same time,” reads a text insert on the video.

Netizens have taken notice of the cop’s soulful voice, and many have left comments to express their opinions, including the song’s composer Amaal Mallik and lyricist Kumaar.
