Whether it’s a canine-feline friendship or apex predators like lions and tigers having close encounters with humans. These tales have been told numerous times with different characters, but each time they have a strange effect on us.

There is a tale of a cat who laid some eggs, and when the chicks emerged, she took on the role of their mother. The video depicts the cat’s entire life cycle, from the time the eggs hatch to the time the chicks are a little bit grown.

It is so bizarre that it almost qualifies as “fiction” because of how bizarre it is. But this story cannot be discounted given that we have seen some of the most bizarre friendships, relationships, and child adoptions.

Cats are bred from birth to hunt and eat birds. However, it calls into serious doubt the knowledge we have amassed up to this point regarding our comprehension of and familiarity with the behaviors of wildlife.
