Remember the cute dog that Abhinav Bindra, an Olympic medalist, gave to Neeraj Chopra? The adorable dog is no longer a puppy and has matured into a gorgeous, well-behaved one. The dog, named Tokyo, was a present from Bindra to Chopra, and he was named after Neeraj Chopra’s spectacular gold medal triumph at the Tokyo Olympics 2020.

In August 2021, Neeraj Chopra made history when he became the first Indian to win a gold medal in track & field at the Tokyo Olympics. The 23-year-old from Panipat hurled the javelin for 87.58 metres, far outdistancing the rest of the competition to claim the historic medal.

Chopra’s official Instagram account is full of adorable photos of him and his adorable dog. He can be seen playfully holding Tokyo’s ears.
