In the era of social media and Instagram influencers, short films (reels) are prevalent. Young lads and girls post Instagram dance reels on trending tracks to attract followers. A young girl was seen dancing to Tamil music in the Hyderabad metro.

In the video, the unidentified girl was seen dancing to the Tamil song ‘Ra Ra’ on the Instagram dance reel. The audience’s reactions to the viral video were divided. Others called the conduct a “nuisance.”

Many wondered why public transit allowed such actions. As one user said, “What kind of nuisance is this?? Are you guys giving permission for this on metro trains? Are you guys changed Hyderabad metro stations as picnic spots & dance floors?,” while someone commented,  “Don’t encourage this type of useless thing. Metro is not your private property to deal.”

Another person said, “it is quite enjoyable to see. Here in Hyderabad, autos used to play tunes over the speakers, which made the boring traffic trip more entertaining. Why have people become so intolerant when it does not damage anyone?”

HMRL officials said she will face stern legal action after a complaint was lodged against her.
