The Delhi Police released on Twitter a video of a speeding vehicle that seemingly ran a red light. The video then transitions to a traffic light featuring the visage of Kareena Kapoor’s renowned character Poo. The red light or Poo’s classic line from K3G is then uttered: “Kaun hai ye, jisne dobara mudkar mujhe nahi dekha? (Who is he, who didn’t turn around to look at me?)”.

“Who’s that traffic violator? Poo likes attention, so do the traffic lights!” the caption read. The video has received almost 24,000 views. Netizens found the Delhi Police meme amusing and commended their innovative attempts to teach people about road safety.
