Utah couple’s height difference is 2 feet, 9.44 inches.

Christie Chandler, 5 feet, 11.74 inches tall, and Senecca Corsetti, 3 feet, 2.29 inches tall, set the record for the biggest height differential among a married pair (same sexe/women).

Corsetti has diastrophic dysplasia, a kind of dwarfism that damages cartilage and bone.

Chandler was inspired to apply after hearing about the world record for tallest married pair (different sexes/taller women).

Chandler told Guinness, “I was like ‘Oh my gosh, we crushed that record.'”

The duo met while teaching at the same school and married in June 2021. They joked about having a world-record height difference but were startled when it was true.

“”We had talked about it before, like ‘I bet we have the biggest height difference in the world,'” Corsetti added. “We had joked about it, but we were never serious about trying to get a title or anything.”
The couple thought their height difference is beneficial.

Corsetti said, “We joke that I clean the lowest and she cleans the highest.”

They hope their Guinness World Record encourages diversity.

“Seeing how other people live I think is good for other people in general,” remarked Corsetti.
