An officer’s quick thinking saved a girl’s life, according to a video published by RPF India’s Twitter handle.

A viral video shows a Railway Protection Force officer acting quickly to save the life of a young girl who was about to be hit by a rushing train. The RPF officer is seen standing on the platform as the train passes by in the video uploaded on Twitter by RPF India. A girl is seen hurrying to board the train, but she loses her balance and falls as she attempts to board the moving train. The RPF officer can be seen quickly snatching the girl and bringing her to safety. The incident occurred in the Tirur district of Kerala.

It has since been viewed 2500 times and received multiple likes and comments. “Now I understand why RPF jawans closely monitor the trains entering and leaving the stations,” one commenter remarked. “Very well done, dear,” commented another. Others congratulated the cop and wrote, “Good Job.”
