Cooke Maroney, Jennifer Lawrence’s husband, may not be a big celebrity, but his life story is interesting. He grew up on a farm in Vermont owned by his parents, who transitioned from Manhattan’s art scene to farming.

Despite his rural upbringing, Cooke was known for his fashion sense in high school, even winning the “best-dressed” title.

After high school, he studied art history at New York University and worked in prestigious art galleries, following his father’s footsteps. Currently, Cooke is the director of Gladstone 64, an art gallery on the Upper East Side.

Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke met through a mutual friend in May 2018, and their relationship quickly blossomed. They got married in a grand ceremony in October 2019 and welcomed their son, Cy, in February 2022.

In 2020, Cooke faced rumors linked to a nude photo art controversy involving Emily Ratajkowski, but neither Cooke nor Jennifer commented on the reported drama.
