Kaylee, a 15-year-old high school student from Missouri, was seriously injured in a school fight captured on video.

She suffered a brain injury and was rushed to a hospital in Saint Louis with a fractured skull and frontal lobe damage. A GoFundMe campaign has raised over $193,000 to help with her medical expenses.

Maurnice DeClue, the person responsible for Kaylee’s injuries, may face legal action, with calls for prosecution as an adult. Missouri’s Attorney General, Andrew Bailey, supports this and tweeted about Maurnice’s arrest, expressing prayers for Kaylee and her family.

The school district acknowledges bullying as a problem and pledges to address it. Kaylee’s family and friends, including Sarah Hall, are grateful for the support and promise that donations will go towards Kaylee’s medical care and supporting her family during this challenging time.
