Tabish Hashmi, a well-known Pakistani stand-up comedian and host, gained fame through the YouTube show “To Be Honest.” He later joined the show “Hansna Mana Hai,” which is now successfully in its third season.

Tabish Hashmi frequently faces criticism for his inappropriate adult jokes. His joke involving Mariyam Nafees went viral and led to significant backlash.

Recently, Tabish Hashmi appeared in the podcast, where he addressed the controversy surrounding his viral joke with Mariyam Nafees.

Talking about most of it, he said, “embarrassing moment recently happened when joke with Mariyam Nafees went viral. Mariyam Nafees is my very close friend. We share a great camaraderie. We are that kind of naughty people. Also, her husband is very good friend of mine. However, I think that some things should remain personal. I should have controlled myself from cracking such a joke. I also asked Mariyam Nafees about addressing it but she stopped me, she said, ‘I am chill about it, you don’t have to clarify it’.

Discussing the unnecessary trolling of Mariyam Nafees during live shows, Tabish said, “Mariyam Nafees is a very close friend of mine, she has given me the right to troll, likewise, she trolls me a lot but I take advantage of being a spontaneous comedian”.
