Indian cricket star Mohammad Shami has recently addressed the swirling rumors about a supposed relationship with tennis champion Sania Mirza. Over the past few weeks, misleading images and false reports have suggested an imminent marriage between the two athletes.

In a YouTube interaction, Shami criticized the spread of these false claims and urged people to be more responsible with social media. He stated, “I urge everyone to be responsible with social media and refrain from spreading such unfounded news.” Shami expressed his frustration with the situation, describing it as “weird” and done “purposely for some lame fun.” He noted, “If I open my phone, I could see those memes. But I would only like to say that memes are made for fun, but if they are related to someone’s life, then you must think about it before sharing.”

Shami also challenged those behind the rumors to post their claims from verified accounts. He emphasized, “If you have the guts to say all these things from a verified page, then I will reply. Try achieving success, help people, and upgrade yourself, then I will believe that you are a good person.”

Shami’s comments have effectively addressed and dispelled the baseless rumors about him and Mirza, highlighting his frustration and demand for integrity.
