Faysal Quraishi, one of Pakistan’s most versatile actors, has captivated audiences with his powerful screen presence and impactful performances. He commands a massive fan following and has delivered numerous commercially successful dramas over the years.

Faysal Quraishi recently appeared on Geo TV’s “Hansna Mana Hai” to promote his film “Deemak”. During the show, he became visibly angry when an audience member asked a question about the repetitive nature of Pakistani dramas.

In response to the question, “Usually, Pakistani dramas follow the same pace or are typical saas-bahu stories. So, how is Deemak different from those?”, Faysal Quraishi lost his temper and angrily responded, “Which dramas follow the same pace or are typical? Can you name any of the dramas you’re talking about? I don’t think dramas have the same pace or storyline. We’ve been doing different work for at least the past three years. Khaie was different, Ishq Murshid was different, Kabli Pulao, Behroopia, Duniyapur, Faraar, Saraab, Raaja Rani—none of them are saas-bahu sagas; they are all different. When are we making similar dramas?”
