The weather became pleasant with light rain and cool breeze in different areas of Karachi.

According to details, the first rain of winter showered in various areas including Sadar, II Chandigarh Road, Tower, Boat Basin, MA Jinnah Road and Korangi.

Sardar Sarfraz, director of the meteorological department, said that rainfall is predeicted throughout Sindh. Light rains in Karachi will continue till tomorrow night.

Sardar Sarfraz said the rains are likely to increase the intensity of the cold weather in the city of Quaid.

The Meteorological Department has forecast rain and thunderstorm in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.
