MET office predicts rain in different areas of Pakistan

Rain forecast in different parts of the country including Karachi from tomorrow

Rain winds and thunderstorm is expected in Balochistan, lower Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) during the next twelve hours.

However, dry weather is expected elsewhere in the country.

According to Met Office, another westerly wave is likely to enter in Pakistan on Friday that will be intensified on Sunday. Under the influence of this westerly wave, rains are expected in the country in coming days.

Temperature of some major cities recorded on Sunday morning:

Islamabad twelve degree centigrade, Lahore fifteen, Peshawar thirteen, Karachi twenty-four, Quetta eleven and Muzaffarabad eight, Gilgit ten and Murree six degree centigrade.

Meanwhile, Dust-thunderstorm-rain (a few hailstorm) is expected in Sukkur, Jacobabad, Shaheed Benazir Abad, Dadu, Larkana, Karachi and Hyderabad during Sunday (evening) and Monday.

On the other hand, Isolated heavy falls are also expected in Awaran, Kech, Panjgur, Lasbella and Makran coast on Sunday/Monday and Dir, Swat, Shangla, Buner, Battagram & Kohistan on Monday or Tuesday.
