Daily weather update: Temperature reaches 37 °C in Karachi today

Karachi experiences a hot weather today as a maximum of 37 degrees Celsius has been recorded. Humidity recorded was 72 percent. Temperature can remain in Karachi from 37 to 39 degrees Celsius till the next two days. 

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in central and upper parts of the country on Saturday (today). However, rain wind-thunderstorm is expected in Kashmir, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, upper Punjab and Gilgit-Baltistan.

According to the met department, a shallow westerly wave is still present over upper parts of the country.

Mainly very hot and dry weather is expected in central and upper parts of the country on Sunday (tomorrow). However, rain -thunderstorm is expected in Gilgit Baltistan, Kashmir and adjoining hilly areas.

Mainly hot and dry weather prevailed over most parts of the country in the last 24 hours. However, rain-thunderstorm occurred in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan.
