Hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country on Sunday (today). However, rain wind-thunderstorm is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, upper/central Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir and Islamabad.

According to Pakistan Meteorological Department, a shallow westerly wave is present over upper parts of the country. Moist currents are also penetrating upper and central parts of the country.

Weather in Karachi remains hot as temperature reaches a maximum of 27 degrees Celsius. Humidity recorded was 70 percent. Temperature between 36 to 38 degrees Celsius can prevail in the city in the next two days.

Hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country on Monday (tomorrow). However, rain wind-thunderstorm is expected in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, upper/central Punjab, Northeastern Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir and Islamabad.

Hot and humid weather prevailed in most parts of the country in the last 24 hours. However, rain-thunderstorm occurred in Okara. Rainfall(mm): Okara 01.

Yesterday’s Highest Maximum Temperature’s (°C): Dadu, 47°C, Dalbandin, Mohenjodaro and Shaheed Banazirabad 46°C.
