Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country on Sunday (today). However, rain wind-thunderstorm is expected in northeast Punjab, Gilgit Baltistan, Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas.

According to the met department, a shallow westerly wave is present over upper parts of the country.

Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country while very hot in Sindh, south Punjab and Balochistan on Monday (tomorrow). However, rain wind-thunderstorm is expected in Kashmir and its adjoining hilly areas. Dust raising winds are also expected in northeast Balochistan, south Punjab and upper Sindh.

Hot and dry weather prevailed over most parts of country, while very hot in central and southern parts in the last 24 hours. However, rain-thunderstorm occurred in:Rainfall(mm): Balakot 02, Kalam 01.

Yesterday’s Highest Maximum Temperature’s (°C): Dadu, Mohenjodaro 47°C, Nokkundi and Noorpur Thal 46°C.
