Punjab, KP and GB expects rain, Karachi to remain dry today

According to the Meteorological Department, hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country today.

Islamabad and Kashmir are also likely to receive rain. Rain also expected in Upper Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan during the next 24 hours.

According to the Meteorological Department, hot and humid weather expected in Karachi. In addition to this, Met department said that Rain and pleasant weather also expected in different parts of Lahore.

On the other hand Depalpur, city in Punjab received rain with thunder and strong winds which tripped several power feeders.

In Pakpattan as well, citizens suffered with power outages due to heavy rains.

Islamabad 24 degree centigrade,

Lahore and Peshawar 28,

Karachi 31,

Gilgit and Murree 18 and Muzaffarabad 21 degree centigrade.

According to the met office forecast about Occupied Kashmir, the weather in Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian and Baramulla expected to partly cloudy with chances of rain-thunderstorm.

Temperature recorded this morning in Srinagar and Pulwama 18 degree centigrade,

Jammu 36, Leh 9, Anantnag 19,

Furthermore Shopian recorded 16 and Baramulla 17 degree centigrade.
