KARACHI: The metropolitan city is likely to witness light rain today as sea breezes are completely shut in the city and weather remains partly cloudy.

As per the meteorological department, the minimum temperature recorded was 21 degrees Celsius. The humidity in the air was recorded at 59%.

The maximum temperature today is likely to be 33 to 35 degrees Celsius. In the city, the wind is blowing from the northeast direction at a speed of 5 km per hour.

However, there may be a drizzle in the suburbs of Karachi. The city also experienced fog in the early hours and the visibility remained limited to 4km.

On the other hand, the weather remained cold and dry in most parts of the country with unexpected rainfall in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Kashmir, upper/central Punjab and Gilgit-Baltistan.
