Cristiano Ronaldo’s £1.7 million Bugatti Venyon supercar has been shown with significant damage.

The accident occurred in Majorca yesterday morning, after the luxurious automobile was delivered to the Spanish island for the footballer to enjoy on his summer vacation with his family.

One of his bodyguards is reported to have driven it, which collided with a wall but escaped unscathed.

Dad-of-five When his employee came off the road and smashed into the stone wall, Ronaldo, 37, was in another vehicle in a small convoy with his loved ones.

According to the island newspaper Cronica Balear, the bodyguard exited the vehicle to continue his journey, leaving other workers engaged by the Manchester United footballer to meet the police when they arrived.

Ronaldo is rumoured to be renting a luxurious property near the site of an accident on a tiny road near Joan March Hospital in Bunyola yesterday morning.

The wrecked Bugatti was then towed away on a blue tarpaulin-covered tow truck.
