Ukrainian presidential adviser says, 600 Ukrainians are being held captive and tortured in the Russia-occupied southern area of Kherson.
Tamila Tasheva added, “They are confined in basements, in specifically-designed torture rooms.”
She claimed that detainees held for their pro-Ukrainian sympathies are held in “inhumane conditions.”
