Following a fire in a motorhome in Oxfordshire, a man has passed away. Around 16:25 GMT on Thursday, firefighters were summoned to a fire on a farm near the A4095 Woodstock Road in Witney.

According to Thames Valley Police, the unidentified guy in his 60s passed away at the scene.

His passing is being investigated as an enigma.

The police have made a plea for witnesses who had congregated near the farm’s entrance to come forward as well as for drivers who may have dashcam footage.

Det Insp Pete Scott said: “Although there currently does not appear to be any suspicious circumstances, we will be keeping an open mind as to the cause while the investigation continues.”

To inform the man’s kin, the police noted “work was underway.”
