In a Ravenhill Reach Court apartment, it occurred shortly after 00:25 GMT.

Two men—one in his 40s and the other in his 20s—also sustained injuries, but they are not life-threatening, according to police, who suspect a fight occurred on the property.

Police have detained a man in his 20s and are questioning him.

The police are asking anyone who was in the area or who may have video to get in touch with them.
