A conference focused on establishing a multinational force for Gaza will be held in Doha on December 16, according to U.S. officials.
Representatives from more than 25 countries are expected to participate in the meeting, which will be hosted by U.S. Central Command. The discussions will center on the proposed force’s command structure as well as related administrative and coordination matters.
Officials said the conference aims to advance planning and cooperation among participating nations as efforts continue to address security and stability concerns in Gaza.
