MAKKAH: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Religious Affairs Al-Sheikh Dr Abdul Latif bin Abdulaziz Al-Sheikh has welcomed pilgrims from around the world for the annual Hajj pilgrimage.

The minister was addressing a press conference of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah & Guidance in reference to Hajj 2023 in Mina.

He said that Saudi Arabia’s vision aims to serve and facilitate all Muslims across the world beyond race, colour, region, and caste as per the instructions of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and guidance in his Hajj sermon.

He said the pilgrims intending to perform from all over the world are guests of Allah. “We believe that all Muslims are brothers and all Muslims on Hajj are guests of Allah,” he said.

The Saudi Minister of Religious Affairs said pilgrims should perform Hajj rituals with equality and follow the rules and regulations made by Saudi institutions.
