Liam Payne’s death shocked the entire music industry and his dedicated fans. Meanwhile, reports surfacing after the songwriter’s passing are even more shocking.

According to the latest reports, the “What Makes You Beautiful” artist filed papers to resign as the director of all four of his companies. Documents obtained from Companies House reveal that the highly acclaimed musician intended to end his solo music career, submitting his resignation on the same day he passed away.

A report suggests that the “Best Song Ever” artist used his four companies to collect income from live shows and recordings. These companies include Hampton Music Ltd, Hampton Records Ltd, Long Play Touring LLP, and Hampton Publishing Ltd.

According to the reports, the valuation of Hampton Music Ltd reached €17,300 in 2023.  Meanwhile, Hampton Records Ltd was worth €300,000 in 2022 but dropped to less than €75,000.

Regarding Long Play Touring LLP and Hampton Publishing Ltd, the former experienced a significant drop in value from €135,000 to €17,000 in 2023, while the latter was valued at only €729. According to “Belfast Live”, Liam Payne resigned from his position as a director due to the declining value of these companies.

A source reported a partial autopsy confirming that the artist had several substances in his body at the time of his passing, including “pink cocaine.”

Reports indicate that this drug contains a blend of substances such as meth, ketamine, MDMA, cocaine, crack, and more.

According to a report, Universal Music scrapped its contract with the singer, following a deal made with Capitol Records in 2016. For reference, Universal Music owns Capitol Records. Sources indicate that the artist could not recoup the advances he received when they established the deal.

Amid these mounting tensions, Payne’s PR team resigned in October, leaving him without any representatives. This resignation came as another shock for the artist, following legal action taken by his former fiancée, Maya Henry. She initiated legal proceedings against Payne, claiming he was bothering her by trying to reach out.

Earlier this year, Liam Payne released a single titled “Teardrops.”
