Sindh Govt announce to distribute free Pink E-Scooters for women this week
KARACHI: The Sindh government will start distributing free pink electric scooters to working women and female students this week, according to a report on Tuesday.
The decision was made in a meeting chaired by Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon, where the Pink Scooters Program was reviewed in detail.
Sharjeel Memon said the scheme is a “revolutionary step” that will make daily travel much easier for women. He encouraged students and working women to take full advantage of the program.
He added that the Sindh government is committed to empowering women by providing them with equal opportunities in education, employment, and other fields. According to him, the pink scooter initiative will help women become more independent and confident in their daily lives.
