Released as BTS’s first English-language single, “Dynamite” is an upbeat disco-pop track that delivers a message of positivity and hope. The song achieved historic success by reaching No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming the first K-pop act ever to top the chart.

It remained at the top for three consecutive weeks and stayed on the chart for a total of 32 weeks, marking the longest run for any K-pop artist in Billboard Hot 100 history.

The track also earned BTS its first Grammy nomination, further cementing its international recognition. In addition, it won Best Song at the 2020 MTV Europe Music Awards and was named Top Selling Song at the 2021 Billboard Music Awards, adding to the group’s growing list of global accolades.
