India Skipper Virat Kohli has reached the mark in the first ball of the 12th over when he took a single off pacer Sean Abbott, making his the fastest to 12,000 ODI runs.

According to the details, Virat Kohli became the fastest cricketer to score 12,000 ODI runs, beating former Cricketer Sachin Tendulkar’s record.

Indian Captain achieved the record in the third and final ODI against Australia in Canberra on Wednesday.

Kohli only needed 23 runs to achieve the milestone as he arrived on the pitch, having scored 110 runs already in the two matches this series.
