Second T20: Australia defeats Pakistan by 7 wickets
Australia defeated Pakistan by seven wickets in the second T20 match between the two at Manuka Oval in Canberra here on Tuesday (today).
Currently, it looks easy for the Kangaroos to chase the target with seven wickets still at hand.
Steve Smith has collected 53 runs of 37 balls with six fours and one six.
David Warner and Australian Captain Aaron Finch could get 20 and 17 runs, respectively.
Ben McDermott managed to score only 21 runs for 22 balls with a boundary.
Pakistan managed to score 150 runs in 20 overs for the loss of six wickets against Australia in second match of the T20 series.
Pakistani Captain Babar Azam has played outstandingly with 50 runs in just 38 balls, including six fours.
Iftikhar Ahmed has also played remarkably well with 62 runs in 34 balls, including five fours and three sixes.
Third and last Twenty20 match will be played in Perth on November 08.
Earlier, Pakistan won the toss and decided to bat first against Australia who have gained enough momentum since the T20 series’ first match that was abandoned due to rain in Sydney.
Canberra today hosted second match between two teams at Manuka Oval with a seating capacity of 13,550 people and an overall capacity of 16,000 people.
