Fawad Khan and Mahira Khan busy wrapping up their film Neelofar

Fawad Khan may have been out of sight, but he was never out of our mind. The Zindagi Gulzar Hai star was busy shooting for his film Neelofar which will also star the Aik Hai Nigar superstar Mahira Khan.

Mahira and Fawad are one of the most sought-after and loved couples in the industry. The duo catapulted to fame after they starred together in Humsafar. Giving their fans crumbs to collect, the couple appeared in several ads, but never in a project until they started shooting for Maula Jutt. The film’s release was halted due to the pandemic and a new release date hasn’t been revealed yet.

With fans bummed about the release being postponed, Mahira and Fawad signed their film Neelofar together and looks like the film is close to wrapping up. Several BTS photos have surfaced online making the fans eager to watch their favourite couple together.

Helmed and written by Ammar Rasool, Neelofar has been produced by Qasim Mehmood. We’re expecting the movie to release somewhere in the first half of 2022.
