At the AMC upfronts, Alexandra Daddario walked the red carpet to promote her new series Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches. The actress play Rowan, a psychiatrist who struggles with her fate as the heir to a dynasty of witches.

She was accompanied by a number of AMC stars. Including Bob Odenkirk and Rhea Sehorn from Better Call Saul.  Joe Manganiello from the new series Moonhaven. Tahira Francis, Da Brat, Jessica Dupart, and Angela Simmons from Growing Up Hip Hop. Finally Noah Emmerich from Dark Winds.
Daddario wore an amazing and one-of-a-kind black gown to the red carpet at The Peak in Hudson Yards, New York City. The gown had only one sleeve, a cutaway in the middle that exposed her stomach, and a slit up the left leg.

She accessorized her ensemble with a pair of black shoes, a slew of gold bracelets, and her engagement ring. Which she received from producer/fiancee Andrew Form in December.

The series is based on Anne Rice’s novel trilogy Lives of the Mayfair Witches. It was given the green light in December. AMC has obtained the rights to Rice’s ‘extensive collection,’ which included 18 works in her library.

The show will air after Anne Rice’s Interview With the Vampire. Both of which are set to premiere in late 2022 or early 2023.
