Watch Video: Courteney Cox portrayed all of the F.R.I.E.N.D.S characters 

The hit American comedy F.R.I.E.N.D.S. may have been a 90s phenomenon, but its appeal hasn’t waned. While interest in the show continues to grow, new trends are attempting to eat into its appeal. A new camera filter has been released that allows you to transform into your favourite character. Even Courteney Cox gave it a shot.

Cox decided to have some fun with the viral fad after Instagram introduced an interesting filter that allowed fans to unleash their inner Chandler or Rachel. She, on the other hand, was unimpressed with the findings, describing it as “one of the worst apps I’ve ever seen.”

“Really? Cox said, “I don’t look anything like (David) Schwimmer,” as she tested the filter that changed her into Ross. “Hi! “How are you doing?” she asked, imitating Joey’s famed pickup line. “Oh, looks good with an earring. Or two.”

Then she became perplexed, unsure whether the next character was her Monica or Jennifer Aniston’s Rachel. “Oh hello,” she laughed, perplexed by her face’s strange appearance due to the filter.  “Who is that? Is that Monica? Not sure. Rachel?”

“Is that me?” Okay, I believe my brows are a bit unusual… Rachel? “Hmm, I don’t buy it,” she said, her viral filter on.“This is the worst mouth of anyone, so it’s not Jennifer or Rachel because she has a gorgeous mouth,” she said after a few attempts at figuring out who was who.

“I feel terrible about myself, bye,” she finally concluded, distressed.

The video, which has received over 4 million views, has split the internet. While many people thought it was horrifying, they were delighted the actor gave it a shot.
